Fringe.

Juicy Tomato was out for dinner with friends last night so I was on my own for the kids bedtime.  Dennis the Menace usually goes to bed about half an hour earlier than Moo so I left her playing a game on the ABC Kids website while I took care of him.  I left her alone for about ten minutes.  When I got back she was sitting on a small box that I’d left in the living room.  She looked quite sheepish and half her fringe was missing.

“Daddy in this box there are no scissors and none of my hair.”  She said smiling.  We have an appointment at the hairdressers later this afternoon.

About Murphy

I'm a stay at home father to five year old Miss Moo, and two year old Dennis the Menace. I'm married to Juicy Tomato who works full time and wants me to stop shaving my head, grow my hair and have a sensible side part. I've also got a really sore back.

  1. That is very funny. It’s amazing what kids can accomplish in a few short minutes. Lewis, in what seemed to be a few seconds, once covered both his arms in red stamp ink. Took forever to get off.I won’t tell you what happened with my tube of deep heat.

  2. After reading the post after this, it seems like Moo has sorted the hair issue out for you.
